"Not gonna lie this grill kicked my butt at first. Had me standing there going "what am I doing wrong??" But once you get the hang of managing the diffrent levels, you'll be making restaurant-quality food in your backyard. If you're new to live-fire cooking, expect some trial and error. I probably wasted way too much charcoal my first week just trying to get consistent temps. Now I actually look forward to firing this thing up on weekends. It's not the easiest grill to master, but when you do it's totally worth it!"

Multiple zones let me use Santa Maria style, direct grilling, warming station, low and slow smoking, and the broiler oven underneath simultaneously. The built-in fan reaches 1000°F+ or drops low for smoking. The rotisserie add-on expands possibilities further. Despite its compact size, all zones combined handle large amounts of food. "Finally I found the perfect grill, we are a family of 3 (2 adults, 1 child) and sometimes we would like to do a quick steak or just simply grilled chicken, the Spitfire gives you a super quick way to have a ready bed of coil without burning a full bag that goes wasted. I like to grill on wood, so my way to go is mini wood chunks and a few cups of pellets, that is the best way for us to get the right amount of fire to cook without waste. While the fire gets ready I like to have a cast iron in the with vegetables inside the "broil" section and they get cooked and kept warm while I'm ready with the grilling part, so once the meat is ready all the dishes come out at the same time. Thinking of purchasing one more unit for the summer house."
